Founded by Cynthia Spooner, TRC draws on extensive experience in residential, strata and commercial property operations, property accounting, building management, and hands-on strata services.
Cynthia's background provides TRC with a practical understanding of both the operational and financial considerations involved in managing and maintaining properties.
Her recent experience includes hands-on involvement with a large residential strata community of 500 homes, including a comprehensive 12,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, pool, spa and shared amenities.
Experience With Complex Properties
Throughout her career, Cynthia has been involved in the day-to-day operation and oversight of complex properties, as well as major renovations, maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.

Before moving into property management, Cynthia worked in property accounting, giving her a strong understanding of the financial side of property operations.
That background has proven valuable throughout her career, particularly when working with operating budgets, project costs, contracts, maintenance requirements, and overall property performance.
Understanding the numbers is important. Understanding how those numbers affect the property is just as important.

Cynthia's experience has included measurable improvements in property operations.
In one portfolio, she helped reduce a company's vacancy rate from 20.7% to 2.3% within 12 months through focused property-management strategies and improved operational practices.
She also played a key role in developing and implementing emergency procedures and supplies across company properties, helping create a more organized and prepared approach to unexpected situations.
Strong Communication & Preparation
Cynthia has also participated in more than 200 arbitration hearings, developing extensive experience in organization, documentation, preparation, and presenting information clearly.
These skills continue to be valuable in property operations, where effective communication, accurate documentation, and careful follow-through are essential.
